Return Policy

1. Buyers may cancel an express order within 30 minutes of placing it, provided the seller has not yet shipped the item.

Note: Add cancellation notifications for the vendor and for logistics to ensure compliance with the 30-minutes cancellation policy for buyers, along with refund notifications.

2. Sellers may cancel an order if the item is out of stock or for other valid reasons. Buyers will be promptly notified, and any payments made will be refunded.

3. Eligibility for Product Returns: To be eligible for a product return, the following conditions must be met:

(a) The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

(b) The product must be in its original packaging.

(c) Certain products, such as perishables, custom-made items, and devices, may not be eligible for return unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
